The take-rate percentage is deducted from the seller's payout when the transaction completes — meaning when the buyer accepts the phone after inspection, or when the acceptance window closes without a dispute.
What does the escrow processing fee cover?
The $1.50 per-order escrow fee covers the cost of securely holding funds, processing the release to the seller, and maintaining the escrow infrastructure. It applies to both Standard and Verified+ transactions.
How does the verification badge work?
When a seller opts into Verified+ listing, we run an IMEI status check and battery-health verification. If the device passes, the listing receives a visible verification badge that signals higher trust to buyers.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Refurbisher Pro?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Your existing listings will carry over, and you'll immediately get access to bulk tools and the higher listing limit.
What happens if there's a dispute?
Disputes are handled with an evidence-first process. Both buyer and seller submit the same types of evidence (photos, timestamps, tracking info), and our team reviews the case. The $9.00 dispute admin fee is charged to the party whose claim doesn't hold up.
Is shipping included in the pricing?
Shipping labels are available through the platform at $0.75 per label (or a 3% markup). Tracked shipping is required for all escrowed transactions to ensure delivery verification.
